LTE 450 Private Network
LTE 450 is built for narrowband private-network slices: up to 4.9 MHz working bandwidth and a round-trip delay of 1 microsecond or less, against a 3GPP TS 36.143 spectrum mask. For utility, public-safety and industrial control traffic it leaves more link budget than a wideband 5G bearer.
The facts for this band
Every figure below can be checked - holdings from our own spectrum database, radio parameters from the model datasheets.
452.5-457.4 MHz / 462.5-467.4 MHz (both customisable), 10 MHz duplex spacing
Up to 4.9 MHz - sized for narrowband assignments, not the 20 MHz of the LTE B3 models
Round-trip delay 1 microsecond or less; noise figure 6 dB or less
Spectrum mask complies with 3GPP TS 36.143; spurious emissions -36 dBm or lower (9 kHz-1 GHz), -30 dBm or lower (1-12.75 GHz)
Four downlink tiers: +33 / +37 / +40 / +43 dBm (2 / 5 / 10 / 20 W); uplink +30 +/- 2 dBm
Maximum gain 85 +/- 3 dB; gain adjustable over 25 dB or more in 1 dB steps; AGC and ALC; VSWR 1.5 or less; 50 ohm N-female; IP55 enclosure
Spectrum and holdings
Whether a band is usable depends on who holds spectrum locally - check it below.
Equipment and models
These are the catalogue models for this band; parameters and datasheets are available on request.
Seven dimensions you can customise per order
Our site-wide customisation scope across every product line. Specific parameters still follow each datasheet; this section answers which dimensions can be changed per order.
Power tiers
Every band can be customised in tiers of +10 / +13 / +17 / +20 / +23 / +27 / +30 / +33 / +37 / +40 / +43 / +46 / +50 dBm. The tiers shown on each page are common configurations; any other tier is configured per order.
Carriers and bandwidth
Frequency- or channel-selective units are typically customisable from 2 to 32 carriers or subbands, and the working bandwidth can also be customised.
Filter characteristics
Developed to the 3GPP standard definitions; customisation is available for special requirements.
Power supply
Power supply can be customised to national standards - state the destination market at order time.
Enclosures and mounting
Outdoor: sheet-metal waterproof or die-cast aluminium enclosures, pole-mount or wall-mount. Indoor: standard 19-inch rack, extruded aluminium, or engineering-plastic enclosures. Outdoor enclosures can also be used indoors. Common ingress ratings: IP35 / IP40 / IP55 / IP65.
Operating temperature
Designed to industrial-grade temperature ratings as standard; customisation is available for special requirements.
Explosion-proof
Explosion-proof design can be provided to local technical requirements.
The tools and the next step
Selection runs in three steps - channel, coverage, co-siting - and these three tools match them.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most about selecting LTE 450 and its power tiers, answered from the same data as the rest of this page.
What is LTE 450, and how is it different from ordinary LTE?
LTE 450 is LTE running in the 450 MHz range (452.5-457.4 / 462.5-467.4 MHz), built for narrowband private-network slices: up to 4.9 MHz of working bandwidth and a better link budget than wide bands, which suits utility and industrial control traffic rather than consumer broadband.
Which power tiers are available?
The catalogue covers four tiers: +33 / +37 / +40 / +43 dBm (2 / 5 / 10 / 20 W). Beyond the catalogue, all 13 tiers from +10 to +50 dBm can be configured per order, with the maximum output confirmed against the destination market limits.
Can I get the datasheets for the four models?
Yes. KT-L31RP-B4.9-P33/P37/P40/P43 are catalogue models whose parameters come from the original datasheets, available directly on the model pages and the download page; other configurations (other bandwidths or band combinations) are confirmed per project and sent afterwards.
Is LTE 450 in your spectrum database?
Not in the band list - the database covers public operator holdings. 450 MHz private spectrum is typically assigned by industry (utilities, public safety), so planning follows the local regulator paperwork; the 700 MHz neighbouring holdings on this page serve as a site-level reference.
