Private LTE coverage
Private LTE is the fastest-growing segment we serve: the hyperscalers are stepping back from small-cell integration, and enterprises that need deterministic coverage with their own spectrum now buy the network equipment directly. This page covers what we build for that market.
How big is this market
Figures come from published third-party market research, with the source named under each one — we do not publish numbers we cannot trace.
What a private LTE network is
A private LTE network is a 3GPP LTE system that an organisation owns or leases itself: it holds the spectrum, sets the policy, and decides who connects. That matters when the requirement is coverage guarantee in a mine, a factory, a port or a hospital campus — or when the traffic must stay inside the organisation. Repeaters are the cost-effective way to extend coverage into the places the macro network does not reach economically.

How we extend private LTE coverage
Off-air receive for buildings and tunnels, BTS-coupled for large sites, and BTS-coupled fibre where you need to carry several bands over one path. The model number encodes the band set, the MIMO configuration and the form, so a private network build can be specified model by model.
Search the model list by number, standard or band, tick what you need and send it to us — documents on file can be claimed immediately, the rest come with the quote after we confirm them.

Mining
Autonomous haul truck fleets and underground connectivity demand dedicated LTE/5G.
Ports & airports
Large outdoor areas plus terminal buildings on the same network.
Utilities & manufacturing
Deterministic coverage for plants, substations and production lines.
Common questions
Can we use our existing macro network instead of a private one?
Sometimes — if the operator already covers the site and the traffic can be carried over its core. The trigger for a private network is usually either no coverage at all, or a requirement the operator network cannot meet.
What licences do we need?
That depends on the country and the band. Tell us the country and the operating band, and we will state what we can confirm and what needs to be checked with your regulator.
How is a private network quoted?
Per configuration — band set, MIMO, form and quantity. Send the model list from our model list page and we will quote against it.
