OEM / ODM & Private Label
15 years of private-label and white-label manufacturing: we turn our RF and coverage capability into your product line. Band, power, housing, logo, packaging and manual language — customisable one layer at a time.
Four layers you can customise
Customisation is not “swap the logo” — it is trimmed layer by layer, from RF parameters to software language
RF & electrical
Operating band (VHF / UHF / 350 MHz / 800 MHz and others), output-power step, channel count and bandwidth, duplex spacing — trimmed to the target market frequency plan.
Housing & mechanical
Housing colour and silkscreen, panel layout and key mapping, interface definition (RJ45 / aviation plug / N-type), ingress protection. New tooling or modification of existing moulds.
Brand & packaging
Brand logo and silkscreen, nameplate and labels, gift box and manual, accessory list — presented entirely under the partner brand.
Software & language
Programming-software UI language, device voice-prompt language, manual language; product naming and interface branding for NMS and dispatch platforms.
Six steps from requirement to volume
Every step produces a document — nothing moves forward on a verbal promise
- 01
Requirement review
Confirm target market, frequency plan, functional scope and estimated volume; issue configuration advice and quotation structure.
- 02
NDA
For brand and drawing customisation, sign the confidentiality agreement first, then exchange technical documentation.
- 03
Prototype
Build samples to the confirmed specification with RF test records; appearance and packaging can be validated at this stage.
- 04
Pilot run
Verify line process and consistency, spot-check key parameters, freeze production tooling and work instructions.
- 05
Volume production
Schedule to order, complete parameter sampling and burn-in before shipment, and supply test records with the goods.
- 06
After-sales & spares
Warranty, spare-part supply and technical support per contract; long-term supply agreed on a framework basis.
Product scope available for contract manufacturing
All private-network products of our own design: coverage systems, radio equipment, passive components and software platforms
The six questions buyers ask most
Identity, MOQ, branding, customisation scope, lead time and payment terms — answered once, clearly
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer. Founded in 2006, headquartered with R&D and production in Quanzhou, Fujian, China. The RF front end, monitoring unit and NMS platform are all developed and built in-house, not bought and assembled. We hold 13 utility-model patents, 11 software copyrights and SRRC model approvals on multiple devices — all numbers verifiable.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard models start at 1 unit, so you can validate a single unit before buying in volume. For orders involving new tooling, board changes or brand customisation, the MOQ is agreed separately based on customisation depth and tooling investment.
Can the product ship under our own brand?
Yes. Brand silkscreen, nameplate, gift box, manual and accessory list can all be produced under the partner brand. Our own marks are kept out of the shipped goods, and we sign an NDA covering your brand and drawings.
Can you customise the frequency band and output power?
Yes. Operating band, output-power step, channel count and bandwidth, and duplex spacing can all be trimmed to the target market plan. One point to note: spectrum licensing is obtained by the operator in its own country or region; we deliver equipment to the contracted specification only.
How long do sampling and volume production take?
Sampling depends on customisation depth — board changes and new tooling extend it; standard models are usually faster. Volume lead time depends on order quantity and production queue. Lead time is given with the quotation and is confirmed as a contract term, not a verbal promise.
What are the payment terms?
Large system projects are 30% advance with the balance settled before shipment; passive components are cash on delivery. Private-label orders are agreed separately according to project scope and tooling investment, confirmed in writing.
Tell us your target market and product idea
Send your frequency plan, functional scope and estimated volume; we will come back with configuration advice, customisation feasibility and a quotation structure. For brand and drawing work we can sign an NDA before any technical documentation is exchanged.
- MOQ 1 unit on standard models — validate a single unit before buying in volume
- Brand silkscreen, nameplate, packaging, manual and accessory list produced under your brand
- NDA protection; your brand marks are never shipped and partner projects are never disclosed
