DMR radio coverage
DMR is the fastest-growing trunked standard we serve: open, inexpensive, and adopted widely across South-East Asia and Latin America for commercial and industrial radio. This page covers what DMR is, where it is used, and how our repeaters extend it.
How big is this market
Figures come from published third-party market research, with the source named under each one — we do not publish numbers we cannot trace.
What DMR radio is
DMR (Digital Mobile Radio) is an ETSI standard for digital trunked radio, used at three tiers. Tier 1 is a single-site system, Tier 2 adds multi-site trunking and Tier 3 adds wide-area roaming between operators. Because DMR is open and inexpensive, it is the usual choice where TETRA or P25 would be too costly — warehouses, hotels, factories, campuses and port terminals.

How we extend DMR coverage
The DMR line is configured per project: the band plan, power class, channel count and form follow your licence and site. Because our naming rules encode all of them, you can specify precisely what you need — KT-A-D-B4P37C-16 is an off-air receive, DMR, 400 MHz, +37 dBm, 16-channel selective unit.
Search the model list by number, standard or band, tick what you need and send it to us — documents on file can be claimed immediately, the rest come with the quote after we confirm them.
Open the model listWhere DMR is deployed
South-East Asia
Greenfield commercial and industrial radio; active procurement.
Latin America
Mining, ports and retail chains on DMR Tier 2/3.
Middle East & Africa
Industrial campuses and utilities; several markets in our spectrum database.
Common questions
Which DMR tier should we build for?
Tier 1 for a single building or site. Tier 2 when several sites need to share one dispatch centre. Tier 3 only when you need roaming across operators. Tell us the site count and we will size the system.
Do you have DMR models in stock?
Three of our RS-series devices are DMR units and are available now — they are listed in the model list and their datasheets can be claimed directly.
Can we get a quote with the model list?
Yes — tick the models you need and send the list. We quote per configuration and confirm the datasheet for each one.
